About the event

Explore the strange and wondrous world of insects in this bilingual family concert with the Calgary Phil! Through Maxime Goulet's Le Carnaval des insectes, you'll discover 16 different kinds of insects, each portrayed by an instrument in the orchestra. Catch other bug-inspired musical favourites, including Rimsky-Korsakov's Flight of the Bumblebee, Grieg's Butterfly, and Vaughan Williams' Wasps.
